No to sway bar, but maybe to track bar. On my 23 rubicon with the teraflex the axle is maybe a half inch off towards the driver side but it’s only noticeable once you measure it.

I installed the TF 1.5" kit as well
Only other change was to add the TF 2" front shock bottom mount extensions
No trouble with the alignment but did need to adjust the link to center the steering wheel
