MY22 Only - Anyone moved to D1?

I tried calling that number, and it said it was for Dodge Ram 1500. Is that normally the voice prompt you get?

When I first put my vin number into one of the many free vin decoders it said I had a 1992 Ram 1500. That's why I dove deeper into the subject.

From your chart, it appears you need to call the dealer! Mine is N (and so are a couple of others on this thread) which is 2022. J is 2018...

I am confused. Why is N a bad sign. N seems to state 2022 if I am reading this chart. Mine is 2022 and states N as well. It looks like the codes rotate?

I just called! They said I'm in D1 status and a ship date of 11/24/21! (Last I asked Gupton it was 12/1/21). They also are mailing me a full 2021 owners manual since the 2022 manuals aren't out yet.

I'm on hold with them right now and they can't even find mine based off the VIN or VON, lol.

Guess my call is a little premature.

Edit - Yeah, they couldn't find it and suggested I contact Gupton for an update. I'll give it a couple of weeks and try again.

So hopefully this means mine is coming soon too!

I got in touch with Jeep Chat earlier this week and learned mine has all the parts and is just awaiting production. Is that what D1 means? They didn't give any codes.
Dealer hasn't gotten back to me on timing.


Edit, dealer just got back to me on timing and said I'm in D1. They are saying ship date of 12/1, which is honestly a few weeks sooner than I expected originally. So I'm pretty excited!

I ordered on 10/29 and jeepchat told me on Monday that all my parts are gathered and it's awaiting production too

I just tried calling and it seemed worse than Jeep Chat, haha. She told me that it was in the Build Process and went out to tell me that there were 3 parts of the process but it didn't say which one it is in. Then I asked if there was an estimated ship date and she said not yet because it will have to finish the build and then go through inspection before shipping.

So basically I learned nothing since there is no way it is actually in the build process yet.

yes D1 means they have all the material and it is waiting to be built.

If they didn't give you an estimated ship date, then you're in stage D, not D1. D1 is "sequenced for production" and you'll get an estimated ship date. "awaiting materials" is D... sorry. I'm in the same boat.

I just called and they had to open a case with "back end support" after I gave them my VIN and VON. Said they'd get back to me in 1-2 hours. wow... that's not a feel good moment at all ?

Just spoke to Jeep chat as everyone said, not very helpful. They said all parts have been gathered and awaiting to go into production without a ship date.
