This weekend I isInstalled JKS Geometry Correction Brackets on Mopar 2 inch with 35s. Also took the opportunity to loosen and re-torques to spec 26 or so bolt/nut sets for the overall Mopar lift installed 30K miles ago.

Before the install the Mopar lift Control arms showed a 9 degree slope. Sorry no pics. After the removal of the Mopar 2 inch lift control arms and the re-install of the factory control arms and the added JKS Geometry Correction brackets, I show almost a perfect level control arm.

The ride is somewhat better. Steering feel and impact from previous test ride courses is improved. I must note that I thought the JT rode almost perfect with the Mopar lift and 35x12.5 and 8.5 wide wheels. A little harsh at times but I loved it. I am only trying to fine tune the ride for my most important road tripping navigator.

Note also in this effort I installed the basic Fox 2.0 Steering Stabilizer 3 days before I did the above job. That too improved steering feel and was not done due to any significant defects in driving/steering, just trying to fine tune this ride.

35x12.5-17 BFG AT2, E rated. Max Tow.

If i did not get some steering and seat/driving positive improvement I would think overkill, but I can't say it was overkill at this point. Will wait till after alignment to get my wife's opinion.

I may try to put 2 inch AEV puck spacers in the rear and return the rear springs to factory next.

In hind sight, I might have chosen a different lift, AEV 2.5. I did get a note from ARB yesterday they are still in development on Old Man Emu lift for JTs.

I just put on the rancho correction brackets a couple days back. The brackets, combined with setting my own toe to 1/16 toe in, has made a notable improvement for my steering. No more wondering or being pushed when ever a tractor trailer goes by me.

my LCAs appear level aswell, though I dont have one of those cool magnets gauges!

That level, adjustable, can't b more then 10 bucks. Bought it when I lifted TJ Unlimited. I want a digital one now. 30 bucks or more.

I wasn’t happy with the OME lift on the Tacoma I had prior to my JT. I actually went from a Rough Country lift to the OME after reading all the glowing reports and was almost immediately sorry.

Curious to see the reports on the JT kit after they field them. . .

I also installed the JKS geometry correction brackets when I added the mopar lift, main reason was because I knew I was adding pucks up front to eliminate some of the rake. No complaints really ...other than I have a lean thats pushing my OCD button thats located in my brain housing group....

No one was more surprised than I. It was so squeaky and noisy that I thought something was wrong. A lot of people told me that was a common issue with them and I didn’t really notice all that much improvement in the ride. Overall, it was a fail for me especially when I consider how much it cost.

I had the OME lift on my Lexus GX and have to agree with you here. It rode extremely rough, to the point I replaced it with some Bilstein adjustable coilovers and new springs and shocks in the rear.

Good feedback. I liked it a lot on my 2005 TJ unlimited but I bought a big kit, shocks, springs , discos and front track bar, bump stops. I do want to see them come up with a JT option though.

I remember when I bought my JT back in Dec 2019 and I kept up with OME hoping they would bring out something. After about 6 months I couldn't stand any longer and bought the Mopar.

I had OME on my 2002 Taco and on my 2012 FJ and I was satisfied for my use...Louisiana...and mud.

It would be sweet if they came out with something for sure though.

I'm a big ARB/OME fan as well. Had their coils on a JK and a TJ. Loved them both. Did they mention a timeframe for the release?
