I'm finalizing the designs for a behind the rear seat, two 10" sub box and want to discreately mount a bass knob near the drivers seat to control the amp volume. I saw a you tube video (link below) where the guy 3D prints a replacement for the cigarette lighter that would be perfect but I can barely spell CAD let alone design something... Any other suggestions or ideas on where to mount the knob?

Under the park brake. If you remove the rubber insert there is a hole that the rubber insert pops into. The MB Quart bass knob fit perfect. Just had to cut the nipple off and drill a hole where the nipple was in the rubber insert.

Is anyone using the knob from the PAC to control their subs or are you guys using the one that goes with your amp? I can't find any pics online of how the PAC knob is put together or if it breaks down so you can hide it behind something.

I just saw your post. I installed a PAC APSUB-CH41. The included knob didn't come with a housing, as it was likely intended to be mounted into a panel. I ordered small electronic cases from Amazon and mounted it with double sided tape.
