Got my morimoto led DRL installed. Fit was perfect. Huge upgrade over the halogens. Absolutely zero reason to pull the fenders to do the install. Just waiting for my Oracle oculus headlights and fog lights and stock tail lights

I'd like to point out the grill and bumper match you did. Very tastefully done.

Finally got the wheel and tire setup I've been wanting. Spare tire steelies with take-off Falcon Wildpeaks from another member. So happy with the look and setup. When I walk up to the truck, I can finally say 'That's my truck' - if you know what I mean.

Also switched out the reverse lights for some cheap Amazon LEDs that were suggested on here a few weeks ago. Nice to actually see something on the reverse camera at night!

And finally, got my first windshield replaced. A stone crack from a month ago finally went across the whole thing. Between that and the wheels it's like having a new truck.

Little upgrade to the "oh shi*" bar. Wish they would have put something there but this will do. Honestly looks factory.

and if you dont mind a pic from above it, im curious how much it sticks out...i tend to chuck stuff in the direction of the passenger foot well and would hate to snag it by accident.

I had the dealer install a 2” mopar lift (I paid for parts, jeep covered labor,) to resolve leaking shocks on a 25 day back order and had them throw some 35x11.5 XTs while they had the wheels off

Couple of extra shots for ya - doesn’t stick out too far. It’s the fender badge for the 80th anniversary Willy’s. You can get it here…

I agree. I realized the fenders didn't need pulling until after I was done and was pulling back the liner. Besides, in the install video they pulled the fenders with force and broke clips. I learned to pull back the fender liner and pop the clips from behind. Funny how many people can have different solutions to the same problem.
The oracle fogs and headlights with these morimoto are a great combo of all dark looking. I just got everything buttoned up this past week. Looks awesome.

Looks amazing. Wonder what they would look like paint matched.

Put on a MBRP cat back dual exhaust. Fairly simple install. I think it looks nice, and it added a little tone to the exhaust. Had a similar set up on a Wrangler, and missed the subtle exhaust sound. (lighting wasn't the best for the pic)

Did a family shoot with both my jeeps to see the comparison between the 4in Mopar lift on the JK I installed a few years back and my cheapie leveling kit (teraflex 1.5 and Daystar .75) that I installed yesterday. Just temporary until I can save the funds for a real lift later. Overall happy as the gladiator now sits perfectly even with my bumper and winch. Took me 3 hours yesterday start to finish. Cut out a few steps from recommended installation procedures using my spring compressor.

Initial heights from ground with steel bumper and winch
Front: 38" Rear: 38.75

Final heights after leveling
Front: 39.75" Rear: 39.75

Drove around a bit to settle the suspension. Seems for right now sitting a bit taller than anticipated but my initial measurements were on a slight incline. Overall ride very comparable to stock. But, like I said I do eventually plan to get a full suspension with bypass shocks.
