Today I installed the Superwinch SX 10k with synthetic line. I normally build my jeeps with a Warn, but I really liked what I had seen with this new design from Superwinch. Or, maybe I'm just Warn out for this build. ?

The winch plate is a JCROffroad, the winch was a bit wider than expected at the base front feet, and the plate needed a little modification to the front lip to allow the winch to sit flat. So after a little cutoff tool and angle grinder time, it's now perfect.

I was anticipating the front to drop a little, and I have a Teraflex leveling kit on hand, but I was pleasantly surprised that the springs didn't budge. It drives and handles as nice as before. This is my 10th jeep build and the older I get the more I appreciate a more comfortable ride. Once Old Man Emu springs are available for the JT, that's when we change the springs.

Fished up my fender chop. I was surprised how not much time it took. Split the queen’s front fenders, installed the smoked quake led drl fender chop brackets and walla done… I made a video on da YouTube if you want to see how the lights look.

Ha just ordered this. Any secrets to spill? Did you compress the springs or disconnect everything and drop them like the instructions say?

I know you didnt ask me but I dropped mine. Super easy install. Did it myself in the garage.

Planning a overland trip for the end of May...hopefully. Gas prices may end of canceling it.

Put on the Oracle flush mount tail lights. I have factory halogens, so I used the included resistor and everything works great.

Took me under 30 minutes all in to install the Select Increments JLJT Pods. I have the stock sound system and they are way more crisp sounding than the stock speakers. I highly recommend this for those with the stock audio system.

I have the upgrade from the 'stock' system that came with the 8.4" with Nav. Sounds really good to me...I value my hearing so I really don't crank it up. Even with the BsstTop Sunrunner open, I can still hear the stereo nicely and crisply at highway speeds. I'm satisfied with the upscale factory system in mine
