Changed the air filter finally. Just hit 30k and it was bad nasty ?. Had to drive 1.5 hrs to get one. All filters for the eco d are in short supply. Parts guy said it’s been getting better.

Thanks. I’m going to research this car play thing. I’m not familiar with it at all.
I have had experience with Ford Sync and Honda Link, not impressed by either.
Was perfectly happy with my Samsung android phone but my daughter insisted I become the new owner of her old iPhone 11 Pro.
So Car Play is Apple?
Off to investigate…
You can stream music directly from the iPhone, which is Apple, whether or not it’s plugged into the Jeep with a power cord. You simply need to do a one-time “pairing” between UConnect and the phone. You can also control the phone’s music by using Siri voice commands, holding down the talk button on the steering wheel. There’s more, I haven’t mastered it yet.

Ace you may want to ask your daughter for help loading your phone with your favorite stuff from your collection. I “load” a portion of my hard drives into Apple Music first.

Also - and haven’t done it yet - but you can put music on a USB stick (aka thumb drive, flash drive) and UConnect will display it in an organized way letting you choose artists, albums, etc. Some people just leave one plugged in all the time as their default music source. (Playlists MAY require some extra steps from what I’ve read.).

I have not found any clear answers on the current UConnect’s USB capacity and formats, but it will certainly recognize MP3 formats. It may recognize Apple Lossless and other formats as well. The audio quality (bitrate) of the MP3 recording determines file size, so that MAY change the number of tracks it can handle. Alternatively, It’s possible that it can handle X number of tracks regardless of file size. At the very least it should be able to handle around 3,000 tracks / 150 Albums per USB drive. I assume we can keep up to 6 USB drives in the glove box as well.

There are conflicting posts regarding USB formats and capacities on other forums, and none that I find really persuasive. I could not find any official UConnect answers so far. I’ll experiment with it one of these days soon.

PS: My company requires and pays for employee iPhones because Android phones are such a huge security risk.

Finally got around to De-badging the JT today. Still deciding on whether to remove the Mojave sticker but got the rest.

Only to realize after removing the tailgate badge they centered it with two pins. I’m sure this makes MFG easier but Damm there is two holes in the sheet metal.

So until I figure out a plan, really want a clean tailgate. I used the fender badges on the tailgate for now.

I know this is an old post, but I’m new and almost 1300 pages takes a while to read. LOVE the clean look of your ride, I’ve been debating rebadging mine. All my past trucks I have but can’t seem to pull trigger on this one yet, I think maybe your pics helped me decide!!!

He's just jealous that you have something to put parts on. Our Jeeps have been stuck in Utah for a couple weeks now and no sign of delivery to final destination yet. I am another one with a pile of boxes in the garage waiting for a Gladiator to be in my driveway.
But when it arrives, those boxes in the garage? It’s gonna be like Christmas!

People Work?
How’s the ride and turning radius? No lift on that Mojave correct?
2 inch AEV lift. The ride is vastly smoother than the Falkens. I'm playing around with the pressures but 32-34 cool seems like it's going to be a good place to be. My ECRI arrives in a few days. I'll calibrate my speedometer and change the TPMS thresholds after I get that.
I haven't really tested the turning radius.
