Have you heard it without the rear resonator?
Yes, i had that off first. It was slightly more “sharp or snappy” sounding. I was worried about it being a little too loud for my likely. My set up is a good balance

Keep an eye on the parking brake shield. It might melt.
Hey good point. Thanks for noticing that! Its only temporary for another week but I will for sure. I have about 10-12” clearance, hopefully enough for now.

More de-modding prepping for the trade.
Took out the MOPAR trailer brake controller. Man, that dial/control is a beast to get back out without destroying, but I got it. Patience was the tool I used.
After the big struggle and back issues from the initial installation, I decided to get smart - socket, cordless impact, 4 bolts and the driver seat was unbolted and moved back giving me plenty of room to work. What a difference. Work smarter, not harder.
Glass shop guy coming out tomorrow to replace the windshield - apparently he got one as he didn't call or text to cancel.
Then all that's left is remove the "splash guards" and the SGW extension cables and it will be back to stock.

The guy came out to replace the cracked windshield, so that's all done. Thankfully I didn't have to drive it to town and leave it, or wait while they did it. All done right here in my hot, humid garage (air conditioned shop is too full of cars I'm working on so no room in there)

While he was doing that I removed the rear splash guards, getting ready for trade next week.
Will go back out and remove the front ones next, and remove the SGW extension cables from under the dash and then it will be back to stock, just the way I bought it, ready to go in and get the new one - and then the process starts all over again.
Geesh, what have I done to myself!

Thanks to a fellow member, found out about the ECRI programmer. Ordered it and got it installed today to recalibrate Speedo! What a simple useful little tool and for a FRACTION of the cost of other programmers that I wouldn’t use most of the features on anyways. ECRI took less than 5 minutes to recalibrate my Speedo and has it dead on. BIG PLUS, I can buy another vehicle unlock code for like $50 and use it on my wife’s jeep if we ever decide to do anything to it.

If I didn't already do mine via GPS and software, if that was my main goal, I'd go with that, It does more than just speedometer calibration - also can make certain light settings changes.
Nice thing is I can do a dump of my current configuration and when my new JT arrives, since I'll be using these same tires, all I have to do is plug in the same number for tire circumference that this one has in it. That will be nice - no need to calibrate again.

Mounted my recovery boards on the Rhino Rack today using the original Yakima Recovery Track Mounts that I bought for the Overhaul HD side bars that did not work out on Samson. They fit well in the tracks of the Rhino Rack Platform.
