The charger is a billion times nicer than the Noco and configurable. The Bluetooth app is incredible. Victron's app puts Redarcs to shame. Redarc claims to have better accuracy, we'll be testing that. I'm happy with how it came out. I didn't want to eat too much of the limited space but getting the wiring separated helped my anxiety.

Yessir! It's pretty incredible.

As you may recall, we put a RockHard 4x4 rear bumper on our white Rubicon. This was to step up the quality and to add parksense. This left the Rubicon bed sliders available to be sold or used elsewhere.

Used elsewhere was a great plan since our blue Jeep does not have any bed protection currently.

Tonight the magic happened! It requires removing some existing brackets and cutting the bumper to shape around the sliders. You will also need hardware if you don't already have it. Prepare for dirt to fall in your face, tuck your beard into your sweatshirt

Remove this stuff

Tape off your desired shape to cut. I cut with tin snips and then smoothed out with a Dremel. Touched up the edges with door trim for that clean look.

Some days are a lot less sexy around the garage. Today was that day. After two years it was time for some maintenance on the Yamaha rmax2 1000 limited edition. Woof, that's a mouth full. Let's go with sxs.

The oil system is a dry sump. It has 5 drain ports in various places plus the oil filter itself. It takes a good bit of time with one drain pan to move around and get it all. After that, it moves quickly.

Oil, transmission, front diff, and rear final gear fluids were all changed.

The air filter, brake fluid, brake pads, and coolant are all ready to go.

We're hoping this helps spring come

We went to the Iditarod restart on frozen Willow Lake in Willow, Alaska.

It was electric! What an experience to see the energy, the support , and the rawness. What these teams will accomplish in the next 8+ days is unbelievable. If you don't think these dogs love this, come see for yourself.

When I was a kid I used to tie my lab's leash to the front of my bike. Dad and I and dog would go for a bike ride almost every weekend in the summers. Needles to say, dad always had a hard time keeping up
