I want to do the stage 1 tune from EOC. I am in line at the dealer for a new fuel pump, about 3 months out. Does the ECU require a flash after the new pump is installed? Won't that overwrite the tune? If so, I want to wait on sending the ECU to EOC. Advice appreciated.
This fits Alu-Cab canopies for JT’s. It is virtually brand new. I installed and took one camping trip. Decided I wanted to arrange my bed differently, so it’s for sale. New cost is $299. Selling at half price, $150. Pickup in Fort Walton Beach FL only...

Looking for ideas for mounting the boards to the inside roof using the M8 rails. I could use long M8 bolts and wing nuts, but the on/off process would be difficult through the side window. I could use four of those eyes and camlock straps, but it'll probably loosen and rattle. Wanted to see...
Had my mechanic retorque all steering components. Said the passenger ball joint was loose and a few of the other components did get tightened a bit. The low speed click/clack is gone (ball joint I assume) and some of the creaking. Still some creaking when braking and turning at low speeds.
Which version did you get, the one with Bilstein 5100 or 8100? Did you install the relocation brackets? It looks like the relocation bracket lowers the control arm mounting point, decreasing clearance in that area. Am I correct?
I appreciate the feedback, very helpful
Bent this sway bar link at Jeep Jamboree in N AL a couple weeks ago. Hit the rock so hard it also deformed the frame mount. So, I thought now was a good time to install a Hellwig rear sway bar and Rusty's Sway Bar Double Sheer Mount. And it's done!
I have the Mopar 2" lift with Fox shocks, Hellwig sway bar, and Wildpeak 35's on my JTRD. I'm outfitting it for overlanding, but it is also my daily driver. Have a Contour Canopy, iKamper RTT, winch, water tank, house battery, fridge, slide, plus camping gear, clothes, tools, people, dog, etc...
How do I know which one of these if I have on my JTRD?
Mine is a 2021 built Nov 2021, which is after the date range on the TSB, but I have this same clicking noise on low speed bumps and a lot of creaking when turning and braking at low speed. Will check the torque this weekend.
I appreciate the mind at ease thing. I'm not worried about them failing, it just looks horrible. The problem replacing them now is that I have to remove the ASFIR skid plates to get to the bolt head. Two steps forward, one backward.
But why not use the correct grade AND one that doesn't rust? Everyone who looks at the skids mentions the rusted bolts. Not a good selling point for Rock Hard.
I bought over $5000 of Rock Hard bumpers, winch, and skids last year. Everything was top rate quality with one exception. The control arm skids come with longer bolts. After two months, I notice the bolts were severely rusted. I don't want to be in the middle of nowhere and have make an...
This is the reply about rack load from Frontrunner. I definitely won't have 220 lbs up there.
"Our engineers have dialed in a safe static load rating at 660lbs (300kg). We do not claim a dynamic load rating because there are far too many variables to accurately test. A good rule of thumb is...
Front-runner also has racks with supports that go down to the cowling and are drilled through the roof. I really don't want to drill through the roof! My rack will only hold some lightweight items, so I don't worry too much about the load. But thank you for the thoughts on dynamic load, I will...
I have an iKamper RTT that covers part of the rear of the cab. I need a roof rack for the front. This Slimline II rack shows it mounted on the rear of the cab. It's a gutter mount, so I don't see why I couldn't mount it all the way forward. The rack is 37.6" and I have about 42" from the RTT...
Quick disconnect!! That's it. I'll have two disconnects on a panel. One for pumped shower and one for gravity feed off the tailgate. The slide is for the boxes. I wouldn't get a fridge slide. Mine is perfect height for side access. I never access fridge from the rear.
thx!
