I called his bullshit on the warranty thing but he didn’t want to hear it, stereotypical sleazy sales tactic.
Its a typical high volume dealer, more concerned about if I wanted to roll the cost into the loan than getting me what I wanted for a fair price.
The JT was a good price though so I...
All weather floormats
Tonneau Cover
Side steps / sliders
All three of the these were required for me right after driving it off the lot. Mine came factory with side steps (Overland) otherwise I would have added those.
I was even willing to give the dealer accessory guy a shot, knowing full...
I second checking if your axle is centered. Do both sides rub or just one? I have slightly wider slightly shorter tires (295/70r18) on my stock overland with no rubbing as well, so lifting it must have moved your axle.
With a spare this close in size and the same diameter (in this case they would all still be ~35") there will be little to no difference if how the truck drives and no real limitations to what you can do with it on.
With your existing undersized spare you should avoid using it on a drive wheel...
Right on, this size struck the balance for me at ~34.5x11.5. 12.5" wide tires are technically out of spec for a 7.5" wheel and would probably rub. They for sure are, and look wide on the stock rims.
The narrow option i liked the most was the 35x10.5r18 but the only tire I could find in that...
I love the Wildpeak AT3W's on my Overland too. I went a bit bigger with a 295/70r18 but agree the tires are quiet, but a bit stiffer.
@D10S86 here's a photo of the larger size.
On stock wheels with a leveling kit, tire width will be you enemy, but you will be able to clear up to a 35" tall tire. Personally I went with 295/70r18 Falken Wildpeak AT3W'S and am very happy with them. They are a bit smaller than your traditional 35x12.5 but stay in spec of the stock...
You keep repeating yourself with that last line so I still don't think you understand. Your intent vs how your post is actually perceived don't line up, and perception is reality. Your post reads "dont buy, this product rusts, they don't even use real powder coat" even if those aren't the words...
But its not about the quality of the product. Its about your singular issue, that is covered under warranty and could be a complete fluke and not indicative at all of the quality of their product.
As a consumer you should expect to draw the short straw every once in awhile and wind up with a...
I am going to go ahead and say YTA here. These small companies live and die by reputation and no matter your intent this was unnecessary derogatory. You didn't even wait a reasonable amount of time for them to respond. Large companies, with full customer service departments don't even respond...
FCA missed their opportunity to make this a thing. Chevy ZR2 won the contract.

Your one of the first I've seen to have the ts rails installed. They have been sitting in my Amazon cart for awhile now but have yet to hear any first hand feedback. Are you happy with them and do they mount and feel secure?
If you have more photos I'd love to see how they mount and how they...
Taiwan is a solid step above your average Chinese manufacturing in general. I was more making the point that the company is worth supporting as a us owned and based company with a solid warranty and they are moving more and more of their products to US made.
Americn made will tend to be more on the breaking of the bank side. Tekton is at least an American company that is making more and more stuff in the US.

My 2 cents. If you are wishing you had different features on your current ride but gave in to what was on the lot once, don't do it again. Fill out a build sheet with exactly what you want and send it off to one of the dealers people use on here that consistently seem to get 6-8% off invoice...
My experience for what its worth. "35's" and "37's" is too general of a statement with how close they are to fitting. Backspacing and tread width are a huge factor. I.E. I have 295/70R18(34.2x11.5") tires that clear everything with no rubbing, lock to lock and flexed out with no lift, on stock...
