Finally got to use my extendible snow shovel I keep in the back under the seat. Was it to shovel myself out of a jam in the snow off-road? Oh no. I had to shovel a path and grass for a 9 pound wiener dog who refuses to poop in the snow.

We’ve got a mini Schnauzer puppy that saw snow for the first time last night. I thought he’d hate it and wouldn’t go out. He had a blast and I ended having to carry him back inside. Watching him play in it was the funniest thing I’ve seen in a while

Oh man that face, LMAO!! I remember that look well. Nothing I wouldn’t have done for my long gone wiener dog. I still miss him, a mischievous PITA and bundle of daily laughter. So when my mom recently adopted a rescued elderly shitzu mix.. there was only one little issue. The lil’ old man acts like a puppy, loves playing in the snow but doesn’t like to #2 in it.. he’s a smart bugger. Went and bought a battery powered snow “shovel “ to clear snow off part of the yard. Now he has half the yard to play and the other half to do his business. That’s the best $150 I’ve spent in a long time.

My brother in law used to put up a cemetery tent and sides plus shovel a path through the snow for his dogs to potty in the grass . Now he is retired and living in Florida.
Don't give me any ideas. Just got done shoveling a path in 14" of snow so that my Yorkie has a place to go. . The snow is over her head. Until I got that path cleared. She was doing her business under the covered patio section.

I have two Male chihuahuas and anytime it snows I lay out a tarp and just pull it back every time they need to go out, and then replace it after they are done. So much snow this weekend I had to shovel it off the tarp a few times because it was too heavy to just pull back. I feel for them - I’d hate to have my manhood dragging in the snow.
