Hmm. Could have been soft springs or difference in backspacing. So many variables.

Im not sure. I did go over some rough terrain on a base model sport with a 2.5" lift. I never had any issues, but no rock crawling. The only issue was that my wheels wouldn't clear. lol All I had was the anti spin diff option. I was impressed without the need of a Rubicon. For my needs. I would never go rock crawling and I went through some pretty difficult and unever trails.

I dont think the 35s will clear without a spacer lift. My JLU could run them on the street, but not offroad.

Then again, maybe the JT is different. I actually just asked about the fender to wheel spacing on another thread.

In my experience (not opinion) the Mopar lift is not worth it. Buy the spacers and save for something of a higher quality. I truly believe that the lift is a cash grab offered by Mopar the shop are fox branded not fox built. You can defend it all you want I bought one and was not happy at al with the performance.
