In my Camaro SS I typically pulled both ECM fuses rather than any relays on that one. I guess I could have pulled a pump relay instead.What relay are you pulling?
This also had the benefit of fully powering down the memory in the PCM and then it would revert the fuel tables back to stock when it drifted too far off if your gas was premium enough.
On the Jeep I haven't done this because I haven't parked in sketchy enough places overnight to warrant it - but if I did, I'd probably yank a PCM fuse and a fuel pump relay (just guessing without looking at my truck).
