Just installed 37" Kanati Trail Hog AT that measure 36" when on vehicle. I don't do any rock crawling and 95% on road driving with the other 5% bein dirt roads driving to lakes or fishing. Should I do a 2.5" or 3.5" suspension lift and what are your votes for top 3 kits under $700 and top 3 kits staying between $700-1000??

Depends who you ask
Inexpensive full lift I’d look at Rancho. Far as 2.5 or 3.5 you’re going to get different opinions based on personal experience. I’d suggest seeing which look you like better there’s lots of different build threads here check them out and go from there. Personally I’d go bigger cause your gonna want to go 40s then one ton axles and itll never end till you run out of money.

It really comes down to personal preference. For me, I knew that the Jeep would be going on long road trips with a rooftop tent. Because of those two things, I wanted a minimum lift to clear 37" tires so I went with a 2.5". For reference, this is a 2.5" with 37" Nittos. For an inexpensive lift, you could just go with a spacer lift if It's just on pavement and dirt roads. Down the line, you can upgrade the lift you're able to. If you would rather not have a spacer lift, then I would go with the Taraflex kit and reuse you're shocks. Just make sure it has brackets to relocate the shock mounts.

I have a 3.5* inch lift(more like a 4-4 1/2) and you get way more room than you need for 37s.
For your mild dirt roads I'd just go for a 2.5 or even just a 1.5 spacer

I originally did the Teraflex 1.5” leveling kit, before going to a Rusty’s 2” advanced lift with all 8 arms and adjustable track bars. It was fine with the TF leveling kit but rubbed off road. I kept the TF leveling kit with Rusty’s lift so no money lost. Good luck.

I went Metal Cloak 3.5” lift but I do rock crawling in SOCAL. If I wasn’t I’d be happy with the 2.5” lift but on a Rubicon you effectively getting an extra 1-1.5” since it comes stock with a small lift over the Sport.
