I have a 2020 gladiator with 53k on it. It’s an automatic transmission. About 2k miles ago it started clunking into reverse and straining from 3rd to 4th gear and a jolt once actually going into 4th. It didn’t do it all the time - mostly when just starting it up for the day and at lower speeds - so my brain was like “well maybe it just needs to warm up”… I was wrong. ? … it’s worse now. Called jeep dealership yesterday and they said they’d need to keep it for up to 10 days to diagnose and then basically no time limit if a new transmission needs to be installed. ??
