Damn! That sucks!!! Yeah, hard to put faith into a product when a major part of the drivetrain is crapping out at an early age. Lol
New cars are not what they used to be.

My Gladiator got a new 8 speed at 21k miles. My F-150 got a new 5.0L at 28k miles.

I had this issue around 35,000 miles. My D Clutch went in my automatic transmission, which is what causes the jolting between gears. The clutch was slipping and catching, not engaging as it should. I filed a warranty claim, Jeep sent me to a dealership with a transmission specialist and discovered the issue. Jeep replaced my transmission under warranty.

I'm glad Jeep took care of the problem and wasn't even a hassle. The problem was once the Jeep was taken apart I had to wait 3 weeks for a new transmission to come in. Not because of anyone's fault it was a supply chain issue.

Good luck!

Mine named clutch 4. It was at the dealer for 19 days total. Transmission was backorder when it arrived. I was glad it only ended up being 19 days.

Are you on factory size tires ? I'm not and I do believe mine is due to the fact I need to get a tazer ? there ya go I brought the tazer back into this mess ?

I am on a closer job this month but typically I put on 2000 a month. Is yours slipping in and out of gear or just weird shifting in first couple gears ?

It started with reverse delaying, then it also had problems shifting up to 4th. Its mostly just when you first start driving, but one day it started bucking and then wouldn't shift out of 3rd gear till i turn the truck off. Thats when i brought it to the dealer. It was pretty consistent after it got stuck that one time.

Yes im still on factory tires. The tazer will help it shift at the right time for the bigger tires, but if the transmission is going the tazer wont help. If anything itll hide the problem until it gets worse.

2020 sport s with oversized tires. 57k miles. Zero issues with the trans. I did ask last oil change about a trans drain. Dealer didn't want to even quote it but came back at $2300. Seems dealers think this is a no service trans. I suspect a drain and fill would help but i.would guess that would void the warranty. So I would recommend give them the truck. Get a loaner and see what they say
