I noticed that too. I can see a lot of people going with the Sport S and adding the Max Trailer package.Payload and towing varies by great numbers depending on transmission and model. The Rubi will tow 7,000 max with 1,160 payload.
I noticed that two maybe it will be a late available one like the JLUnder Clearances: "Measurements the same for both 2-door and 4-door models." Hmmm
I’m stoked with the Sport version of the Gladiator. There are more standard features than my Comanche Pickup and my TJ Wrangler.2020 JEEP GLADIATOR SPECIFICATIONS SHEET

I'll agree with thisOverland is a good "Limited" package
It looks like the 4:10 ONLY comes with the Rubicon or the Sport if you get the Max Tow. I don't imagine you can get only the 4:10 on its own. (Sort of like the 3.73 only coming with the Tow package in the Wranglers.)Can anyone explain the difference in payload, base weight and max trailer for 8 speed auto with 4.10 axles on the sport? I assume the higher capacity #'s are for the max tow package, but how do you get 4.10 axles without the max tow package?
Edit: I see the 4.10 axles are an option. So I guess not 4.10 axle option with the manual?
4.10 is listed as "O" (option for the sport). Presumably it can be had without the max trailer package, but maybe its not the "wide axle?" The discrepancy in the tow capacities both with 8 speed autos and 4.10s leads me to believe the 4.10 is available as a stand alone option without the package. It looks like the 4:10 ONLY comes with the Rubicon or the Sport if you get the Max Tow. My question about that Max Tow is... why the wide axle? Is it to give a broader base and make it more stable? I presume yes there, but then I wonder if it means I could put 35" tires on a Sport without a lift. Or if I also have to have the high line fenders as well.
Good catchUnder Clearances: "Measurements the same for both 2-door and 4-door models." Hmmm
Oh, no i mean big brakes on the Jeep itself. I already have a brake controller... so I'm fine just integrating it in the new truck. My JK rotors were small... the JL Rubicon got the big brake kit, the JL Sport & Sahara, as I understand, use the same size rotors as my JKU.May have missed it but is there no option for trailer brakes . . . ?
