Some of those prices hit in 2021. My September build had that price for leather. Paint as well.Here is a breakdown compare to my JTR April 2021 build. (so 2021 are from my window sticker, and 2022 is from the Jeep website configurator)

Overall bottom line is just a 2.5% increase for my build which seems very reasonable. A big difference is the included 8.4 display. for 2022.
Of course, back in April I was able to get $2,500 off from the dealer, and another $1,000 back with the Jeep promotion, which might not be a thing now? And a 31 day delivery. But when Gobi shows up on the 2022 configurator, I'll be sad.
