I been hearing the 2021 broncos are like a 3 year waiting list, is this true? That would make their 2022 like a 2025-26?

No. There's like a one-year "waiting list" but there have also been delays because Ford doesn't know how to execute a vehicle launch in this space. The day that 'waiting list' is exhausted there will be 50 Broncos selling at or below MSRP at every large dealer - much of the enthusiast demand is going to be tapped early because of the super long buildup and very cheap deposit process.

First editions are already 65k or so. Don't expect a raptor for anything less than 75. The base bronco undercuts the jeep but once you start getting to comparable models the price difference disappears pretty quickly.
Also there were about 200k reservations but ford expects to make more than that a year so really not even a full year wait. Some guy on bronco6g ordered in August (last month) and got his soft top one this month so not even 6 weeks from order to receiving.

Depends on your build. The body colored and modular hard tops are the longest hold-up. Different configurations and options will also block you up too. Tow package is one of them. Which is a total head scratcher.
My son in law had one on order with a hard top 2.7 OBX. Ordered in March and got no build date. About a month ago he switched to a soft top 2.3 and got a build date in October.

I never understood people that waited years for a Bronco release, spec'd out their 55k+ dream car, then settled for a 45k lower trim model with the base engine just to get it a few months earlier.
