If this vehicle was damaged in transit that is classified as an accident and you have a non-new vehicle. Most states take a very dim view of dealerships selling basically a used vehicle as new. Jump on your states webpages and see if you can find the department that handles this. If you can't find it call your states legislator and have them look into it. If in fact it's damaged you are due a new truck with no damage. I went thru this crap with a car they bought a few years ago here in Oregon. It only took a few calls and they were driving a much nicer new car.

What??? Um, not really. A brand new Jeep should not be sitting on a lot with a off-set steering wheel. Any buyer who test drives such would throw the flag. As simple as adjusting the drag link to get it back to center, it should not/will not leave the factory wrong. I'm sure someone will tell me they have seen it, but just like everything else on the internet, it is rare.

Putting bigger tires on it will not affect the centering of the steering wheel either.

my steering wheel was about 10 degrees off center brand new 4 miles. fixed myself when i got home.

You missed the part where the OP bought it out of state. They'd need to read up on that state's laws.

It’s a Mojave … it didn’t fall off, it jumped off. ;-)

how in the heck would camber be off?
Easily if it was dropped or fell off, the tires will want to force the ends up the axle up, possible bending steering knuckles or axle itself.

Not really. I found most jeeps off the line have an offset steering wheel. This could be my experience as I put bigger tires day one and that could change things !
Never once had a NEW Jeep have the steering wheel off-center when driving straight.

I’ve literally purchased 4 in the last 4 years. They all need alignment. Service told me it’s common. So basically they miss that in their checks lol! Same dealer for the past 4.

Steel knuckles on a Mojave, right? I don’t see them bending ( maybe you do, but I have issues imagining that ). And if the axle was bent, that would be a wobbly ride, even at 20mph. Aluminum rims wouldn’t bend like steelies. The whole ā€˜camber’ story isn’t adding up for me, but maybe someone has seen something that I haven’t.

Same with me. I bought mine (out of state) 3 weeks ago and the steering wheel was slightly off center to the left. Didn't notice it immediately. There was no pulling or any signs of damage, just off. My OCD kicked in so I found a youtube video on how to adjust it. Unbelievably simple fix. Took all of 3 minutes. No other vehicle would be this easy to adjust.

Update- Dealership offered to buy the vehicle back or exchange for another vehicle in their inventory. I opted for the buy back after deliberating and looking at their other stock.

I had to wait on the title from North Carolina and once it arrived they said they would send drivers to pick it up and provide a refund check. The title finally showed up Thursday evening and they sent two gentlemen down yesterday, picked it up and provided a refund check.

Other than this taking up a space in my garage and my funds being tied up for 30 + days, the buyback process went smoothly. The dealership did everything they said they would, kept their word on every commitment and were always professional throughout the process.
The selling dealership is in Abingdon, VA; Blue Ridge CDJR.

The likely spot would be an inner c bending, if it landed hard enough on 1 corner. If the camber is off I'd say the front axle needs replaced.
