Im going to need the part number for those door check straps so I can swap mine out. Or maybe I will just steal the idea and figure out how to mod my current ones to work that way, isnt that the true Jeep way? lol.

Pulled mine off and put them in the bolt holder day 1. I haven't touched them since.

I initially misunderstood the design and thought this changed what was visible externally while the doors were on. Now that I see what it actually is....I also don't think I would care about the color. I'd just get black. But it also doesn't seem all that useful for my purpose now that I see it in action.

I'm at the other end of the spectrum. I put the bolts back in when my tube doors are on.
