Or like it was on either Tuesday or Wednesday afternoon.......the tide was right up to the dunes and turned everything in to a sloppy sand soup. 5 of the 7 miles I drove up the beach were under water or wet muck. It was a blast.........my wife was not so amped about it lol

Couple of years back. We had to leave when there was a hurricane off the coast during high tide. Water was at the dunes. Driving through 2+ ft of water was a bit scary.
