So it’s tire time. Truck is a 25 mojave. Will be lifting and regearing soon. I have all the parts just need the time. Will mainly be doing desert moderate speed wheeling . Baja type. The wheels I went with are raceline beadlocks . I know this topic has been beat to death buy there are some newish tires out there that are intriguing. I’m looking to probably stay in the RT range. Don’t really want a loud mt tire. Curious what real world experience you guys have with. Currently have the stock Mojave falkens. So far I’m happy with them. Decent ride quality. Low noise, and good wear characteristics. I know falken has a wild peak rt. Looks good. Toyo has the rt trail. I have nitto ridge graps on anther vehicle I have, think I’ll pass on nitto. I want something new. Any suggestions? I know Mickey Thompson has some nice tires as well. If I could I would get the bf Goodrich kr3 but tough to find

I’m team Falken. The R/T has been great in all conditions. Road, rain, rocks, sand and light mud. Zero complaints. The only thing they’re not is cheap!

Compare sizes. I was just looking at 37x12.50 and 37x13.50 and there’s almost $100 difference. I wonder why the 12.50 costs more?

Pretty quiet when new but a little louder now that they’re almost worn out. Still not as loud as muds.

I must say, zero complaints out of my Yokohama Geolandar X-ATs after running them for 5 years.
Held on to the bead after losing 1/4 of my rim right at the entrance to big sluice on the Rubicon trail. Made it the whole way down and finally the rim failed the rest of the way at the very bottom.
