New vehicle not starting in morning. Dealer cites drain of roughly 75-80 and normal she said is 25.
They’re trying to blame my after market tow vehicle braking system.
Can anyone confirm a reasonable number (for the draw) with vehicle sitting?
And how long would a drain of 80 take to make starting vehicle impossible?

Unplug the brake controller and see what your parasitic draw is.

The JT has several built in to start with.

Dealer said when disconnected the drain stopped.
They’re suggesting a short in braking system so that’s where we’re at now
Unfortunately I’m traveling and unable to go back to the installer for further testing

If they're telling you that there is no draw without the brake controller, they're lying to you.

There are systems that monitor the JT while not running, those systems draw current.

I doubt they meant the draw went to zero when they unplugged your brake controller and that the excessive draw went away.

If I was troubleshooting it, aftermarket mods is where I would look first also.

Dealer told me the draw was like 80 milliamps and normal is 25.
I googled this and anything under 85-100 is normal, though not necessarily specific to a 24 gladiator.
I agree with your comment that there will always be some occurring.

If you're traveling and need the brake controller, then unplug it when you stop for the night and hook it back up before you leave in the morning.

If you DON'T need the brake controller, just unplug it until you get home.
