I may be able to get a set of 33's OEM Rubicon tires/rims for my Sport. I have the Teraflex leveling kit on order. Can I mount the 33's without any rubbing issues etc until I get the leveling kit installed?

I have been running 33's on Rubicon Rims on my Sport since I bought it years ago. Great look and no issues. No need to lift unless you want to

Only rubbing you may have is if you have the air dam between the bumper and fender. Otherwise should be all set! Been running 33s from a Rubi on my Sport S for 2 1/2 years

Yeah, you should be fine. No lift on my '20 Sport (max tow), and I've been running rubicon takeoffs since I got the Gladiator. Even with a very heavy bumper and winch, no rubbing.

Granted, with the extra St. Bernard worth of weight on the front, it does have a bit of dip and would really look better with a leveling kit, but still no rubbing.

you can step all the way up to a 35" tire with no lift if you want. There are lots of videos with people testing 35s on the different social medias. Even at full travel, there is little to no rubbing.

Yes and no. If you wheel, 35's do not fit unless you change our your fender flairs (or maybe rubi flairs) or add extended bump stops. If you don't wheel, then you will probably be fine 95% of the time.

In this pic, my stock bump stops are just barely making contact but the tire is firmly in contact with the flair.

No problem, I put the TF leveling kit on mine just bc I couldn’t stand the rake after putting the 33’s on.
