There are many solid options including the Nitto Recon Grappler AT in the narrower 37x11.50R-17.

A General Grabbers ATX is 36.4 mounted, and that was on my JKU, with the weight of the JT being a little heavier, I'd bet they are slightly smaller on the JT. Good tire though, but definitely not gonna measure 37.
Yea, they would be smaller mounted.

My patagonias are running thin... at 16k miles on the odometer. They've been a great tire but I'm thinking of jumping ship to an AT. I'm down in the desert, so I don't care at all about rain or snow performance. I'd like optimum performance in the sand, but mostly rocks. I'm leaning wildpeak or MTs, but wanted feedback on anyone with 37" ATs. I'm leaning away from BFG because of how small then run.

I have Kanati Trail Hogs and they’re great on and off road.

I just went through all of this, and it came down to two that I dont see here...

General Grabber ATX and Yokohama X-AT. They both have great reviews...the General runs a true 37, and the Yoko is a 36.8.

I ended up going Yoko, and have been super pleased so far, although it hasnt been very long.

Edit: I was just running the Patagonia MTs
I run 35” Geolander XATs on our JL and JT. I will go to 37s on the JT when these wear out. It is a great tire.

Scratch the BFG since they are not 37 :giggle:

I have the Baja Boss AT on both of my sons Jeeps in the 37. Excellent tire IMO.
Falken AT3 37's almost 2 years and they are great....

these look bigger than most 37s. That’s what I’m going with if I go with an a/t. Haven’t decided on this tire or a geolander mt.

they actually aren't taller and if anything they are one of the narrowest 37x12.5's out there

just for comparison my daughters JL with 35 duratecs...if you are looking for aggressive these aren't the ones

Great Resource, What about Cooper STT Pro? Had these on my JK and JL. Weight is decent, good looking tread and wear life was good too.

I've ran a lot of the popular ATs:

Cooper ST Maxx
Motto Terra Grappler
BFG K02
Falken AT3W
Grabber ATX
Goodyear Duratrac
Nokian Outpost AT
MT Baja Boss AT

The Baja Boss is my runaway favorite. Last year in the snow and ice I would get stuck on my locked Rubicon on the hill going up my drive with OEM Falkens
I could pull around it on my Tundra with the Baja Bosses and pull it up the hill. I could NOT do this when the Tundra had Duratracs or Falkens on it prior.
Also the Falkens suck on ice now where they used to do way better, they changed the compound and its no where near as good.
I won't be buying them anymore.
just my experience.

Right now the Baja Boss is far away in the lead for me. Thanks for your feedback.

Can you expand on your experience with these? I am thinking about purchasing these in the next few weeks in a 37". I currently have 35" Nitto Trail Grapplers MT. Not a fan of those rally.

Main reason i picked Nitto was that i like the looks of it,
due to the road noise and additional weight, i did not go with MT.
these hybrid ridge grappler wear well, so ride quality and road noise is perfect for my taste.
And i don't think these are know for best traction on wet roads but they handle pretty well offroad.

I think I'm going to go with the BFG KO2s.

I have had them on other vehicles (Tahoes and Yukons) and I would get nearly 60,000 miles out of them. All around for my needs and wants they check all of the blocks.

Do the come in on the short side, yup, BUT also one of the lightest "37s" out there. Since the Mojave only comes with the weak 3.6, I want to minimize weight additions as much as possible.
