4 extra gallons of gas

Only supposed to be in the 110’s this week. Lol. It’s a dry heat they say!

It IS a Dry heat. I was in Colorado Springs for a week last week - "stay hydrated" everyone said. I asked - what the heck does that mean? It's cool here, I feel fine........
Well, a couple of days later my lips chapped, I was feeling a bit weak and light-headed - and decided - hmmmm, it's a dry heat! MORE WATER - and I felt fine.

Drought here - badly need rain, getting serious, wells drying up, plants dying, crops suffering..... and I have to suspect after what I saw out there last week, it's not only us.

Texas - I'll happily, gladly, take some of that extra rain if only there was a way.....it would be a win-win.

Gas in Nebraska was actually cheaper than back home here. Colorado Springs was the worst but then again, it wasn't really that bad in the grand scheme of things.

Why are you using premium?

I use premium in the Mustang, as that's what the Ford Perfotmance tune calls for. The Cherokee gets regular.

I see this on some of the window stickers. What is this? A largrr tank? An extra reserve tank? $20?

What????? My dealer had the tank filled full and the vehicle detailed....... if I saw a fuel charge on a window sticker, I would be gone just as soon as i told the dealer where to shove hie Jeep

Going back to the OP's original post regarding gas.
The dealer that I bought my JT at, filled the gas tank and washed it. At no additional charge.

That being said; I appreciated that, but I had to overlook the ghetto atmosphere only due to the music on the PA system. If I didn't get such a good deal I would have walked out.

It’s the four gallons you never use at the bottom of the tank - notice how when you fill up the 22 gallon tank it only takes about 18 gallons no matter how low you run it after the low fuel warning comes on ?.

I've wondered about this. Mine said 22 gallon on the sticker but I've ran it dry almost and can't fit more than 20 in it. Those extra 2 would do great for me on the trails.

It was on my order build sheet. $8 for 3.5 additional gallons of diesel. $9 for 4 additional gallons of gas. I ordered a DIESEL. Pretty sure I do not need the gas.
