Would maximum care cover the hardtop leaking from the top frame of the rear window or would they claim glass isn't covered even though there is nothing wrong with the glass itself?

Not a determination the individual dealers can make, it's out of Granger's control. This is a Mopar Warranty and Mopar sets the rules

Worth noting: the only lift acceptable for a Mopar Maxcare is a Mopar lift and ONLY if installed by a Mopar dealer. The contract is VERY clear on that point. Any non-mopar lift will void the entire extended warranty (extended warranties legally are service plans and not subject to the same protections from Magnuson-Moss as the warranties that come with the vehicle, so yes a single part can void an entire extended warranty)

What tire sizes are acceptable for this extended care plan? Similar to lift, is there a common accepted limit 35x12.5s, 35x11.5s or just stock 285/70r17?

It would not, because I'm guessing those couple things from the exhaust missing require an alternative computer software program.
