So I leveled my Max Tow with Rubicon springs and a 3/4 inch spacer (so about an inch and a half) and had to trim the plastic air dam a little when I put 37’s on. Now I have added a Rubicon steel bumper and the Mopar steel skid plate. Everything looks good except that I am rubbing a little when I turn all the way to the left (not right). Wondering if others have seen this and how you cured it. It is rubbing the back corner of the skid plate on the passenger side at full lock to the left. Looks like it only needs a half inch or so to clear—should I try to bend it out of the way or take it off and trim it with a grinder?

Do you have an adjustable trackbar? The skid is centered and even, if you are only rubbing on the passenger side, the axle has shifted due to the leveling kit. Grind clearance into the skid plate or center the axle (which may make you rub less, but will let it rub on both sides.

Thank you. I think grinding a little off is the way to go.

Stock wheels? How thick of a wheel spacer are you using??
They are stock. No spacer—hadn’t needed before—maybe because of the wider axles? That would be another option though.
