I have had no issues, sorry to hear you do not like it. I do live in a rule are with light traffic, so if you are a yankee driver I can see an issue.
LOL Not all of us yankees live in a city. Some of us actually live in the country. LOL

My major complaint with ACC is that it doesn't understand how to do anything subtly.

Car gets in front of you? OMG BRAKES BRAKES BRAKES WE'RE GONNA HIT THAT CAR AND DIE IN A FIRE BALL
Care gets out from in front of you? OMG I'M FREEEEEEEE! GAS GAS GAS GO GO GO GO GO NOW NOW NOW!!!!!!

I routinely find myself overriding the ACC just because here in the north east, we don't have a concept of safe following distances and people will just cut in front of you if you leave the smallest gap.
I would agree with that actually. The braking for sure is a bit on the extreme side. I wouldn't say that means it doesn't work though.

In my 2016 Honda Accord Touring trim the brake and acceleration are a bit more subtle. Which is interesting b/c the Honda Sensing package is the Acura package and another commenter said that their MDX reacts like the jeep does.

Ok cool, wasn’t sure if Jeep pulled another fast one just like they did with my peanut butter brown, I mean “dark saddle brown” leather. Don’t get me wrong I love the color but it’s not a dark brown!
Jack??

Mine is not. Can it be that two Gladiators would have their ACC programmed differently? Or are we just driving in very different conditions?

I think it really depends on how fast you catch upmto the vehicle in front of you. Sometimes I can feel it brake a little harder. Most of the time, I don't even notice I slowed down until I look at speedo.

There is three different setting for how aggressive the ACC system will react. Check your owner manual.

Was this an update? I've had this on mine since day one. I guess I'm not sure why this is news. I know war jeep has always been on the screen. Did they change the Gladiator?
