The steering works great. You set the axle to center with the adjustable track bar. Then set the the steering wheel to straight at the 2 setting. The difference between the 1 and 2 settings where you drive on the road is very minimal. You don’t really know the difference. On the 3 setting it is a little different but you are off road so it doesn’t really matter if it is off a little. At 25 mph it resets itself to the 2 setting so it is back to straight. At the 3 setting the axle is a little off center but slow off-road it doesn’t matter and you don’t notice it.
Makes sense to adjust in the middle. I assumed that was the setup. Axle centering probably isn’t horrible, but I’d think the steering wheel would be pretty off with a 2” difference in lift. Does it feel stiff when all the way up or down?

No it does not feel stiff. It seems less harsh than the stock springs but that is all subjective. I am going to try to get some pictures of the steering wheel when in the different settings with the truck going straight down the road. Might be a day or two.

Here are some pictures of the steering wheel at different settings. They are all taken on the same section of road to account for road crown. First picture is setting 1. 2nd picture is setting 2. 3rd picture is setting 3. You would think that it would be off more than that but it isn’t so I don’t know. The wheel is a little off center because of the crown of the road which is why I took the pictures on the same section of road.

I have always wanted Accuair for Overlanding purposes to keep a level stance with a varying load then have the ability to level out each corner at a campsite. For what you get the price is in line with other complete lifts IMO.

In a short answer NO it is not worth the money they ask for this system.

It is a failure for Overlanding, as yes the rig will level but the off road ride is akin to a loaded 1972 Ford station wagon with bad shocks.

Control arms bushing material is too soft and will cause handling issues . Even after replacing all four control arms with Clayton arms the shocks still do not effectively control the ride

Standard Air Compressor is under sized and is useless for airing up 4 tires Took 40 minutes to air up my 4 from 15 to 35 ( BFG 39x17)and the compressor timed out after 2 tires.

Ride height sensors are cheap with dead spots. You can over range them on the trail and the system stops working until you recycle power.
