AZ desert and mountain trails. Dirt roads, two track bumpy and rutted jeep trails, sandy washes and some rocks. Still learning it’s limitations since I’ve only had it out like three times in six weeks. I like to take my time and learn what it can do. It’s a big adjustment after wheeling a two door JK for 8 years. So far it’s really impressed me. Today I did some sharp turns around trees without doing any three point turns. I’m blown away how maneuverable this thing is, and the wheelbase actually helps keep the tires planted since it’s stretched out.

I was thinking that something like the AEV spacer lift for Mojave might work without the front bump stop extensions. As long as you don’t add huge tires. That should give it some extra travel, but I’m not sure if the shocks will bottom out or if it will mess up the springs. Just thinking out loud. Gotta try it first. Probably not recommended.
Got any good pictures flexing out? I put myself in a weird position with my Mojave. I bought the Mojave with the anticipation of similar styles of trails, knowing I wouldn't need built Rubicon levels of flex. I put on 37s which are perfectly fine for daily, and have the 2" AEV to add some space while keeping stock shock capabilities.

I was planning on going with AAL's inner fender kit to sort of cheat and add "travel", as the first thing that seems like will limit my flex will be the big 37s rubbing on fenders. Realizing though that splitting fenders means I can't run rockblox or any fender extensions without the OEM inner fender, and I'm going to be kicking up mud and rocks all over my poor truck's body, I'm kind of wondering if the inner fenders are worth it. Basically I'm at the trade off between maxing the Mojave's factory articulation (which is all I need really) and protecting my body. I may be the only person on this forum that bought 37s and realized maybe I should have gotten 35s, instead of the other way around. lmao.

Long winded version of saying....lemme see some flex and how your truck does!

We posted some just before you posted LOL
Yup, perfect timing haha. You've never felt the need to disconnect your sway bar? any plans for lift, 35s, or 37s?

what kind of speeds have you found you’re able to run? I’m not really near any trails so it’s going to be a trip for me to try and test out the limits. Because I’m definitely one to test the limits on every vehicle I drive. Haha I used to sell cars so I had the privilege of getting to…”appreciate” them ?

Mojave is a tough one to modify. Rubicons...lift it, tire it....all you can do is increase your capability. Dicking with the Mojave can ruin what makes it what it is.

Here’s an example of how the stock Mojave jumps. Leave it to some Canadians to put the thing in the air. You might want to try this out on your stock Mojave too, and then decide if the stock suspension travel is good enough for your purposes.

I’ve pushed it a little but I know there’s way more potential in there. Today I was doing 45-55 down a winding semi bumpy dirt road. At that speed washboards don’t exist LOL. I was also at 15 psi. Offroad Plus is fun ?
see, it’s statements like this that are going to escalate this situation! Haha I just got my order placed and have like two months before I’ll ever see her, and I’m all revved up now! I’m already trying to figure out where to take her first!

I did see this already and thought it was fairly impressive. But being from So Cal originally and growing up around Motocross and trophy trucks, my initial reaction is always “how can we go bigger” ? I’m already itching to see what this is capable of in stock form. I took one on a TERRIBLE dirt road next to the dealership to test it out and was really impressed with how it soaked everything up. So I know it’s good. That’s honestly what sold me on it and made me place an order. I’m just an extremist ?

I would not advise you to go there without replacing some parts on your car. You will need shock absorbers on the suspension that will allow you to move in this area. If you don't want to bring your car to a deplorable condition and then take it for repair, then it's better to take care of it in advance. I remember I had a case when my wife and I went on a trip to Costa Rica on a tour from www.CostaRicaFocus.com and there we rode over the dunes in jeeps and ATVs. One ATV broke the shock absorber and without it he was unable to move on the sand, regardless of the fact that he could just ride. I wish you a successful trip!
