Just got my brackets in today from Robert Breiter of Bremerton, WA (360) 627-1752, they look awesome. They are made out of 1 inch A36 plate.

Sorry for late reply here...
Brackets worked great! Robert was great to work with. He also included new longer bolts so you don't have to source those once you receive the brackets. Sorry don't recall what the exact cost was.
We went with the NSA tow bag with the surge break, was simple and we have had no issues so far. If you go with them call them about the clevis, they dont have one listed to go with the 1 inch hole. They will drill out the clevis to match this. They also were great to deal with.
We have one trip using this setup. Put 5,000 miles on towing. Disconnected too many times during trip and the NAS bar was easy to remove and reconnect. Make sure to check all the mounting bolts periodically. We have an issue with one that keeps loosening up Super happy overall. With our rig we only lost 1 mpg at 70 mph.

Does that bolt go all the way through both sides of the frame, then through the bumper and then with a nut at the end?
