OEDRO front bumper to flat tow

I am looking at buying an OEDRO front bumper and use it to flat tow my 2022 behind my motorhome.
Does anyone know if this bumper with D-rings is suitable and capable for towing with a Blue Ox tow bar.
Reason I'm looking at this bumper is strictly $$$. I have an opportunity to get one at a very reasonable price.

If they don't specifically state that the recovery points are flat tow capable, then I would say they are not rated for it. Or at least not officially DOT rated for such things even if the points are good enough to hold. That opens up issues if it is not DOT rated, if ever get into an accident.

Agree 100% about accident issues. Really the reason I'm researching. I haven't been able to find any kind of spec sheet that covers it. I have a call in and an email sent to their website asking the question.
Thought is post here just in case someone has experience with the bumper.

So, Blue Ox makes 2 tow plates. One for the Sport Bumper and one for the Rubicon Bumper. Basically, the plate for the Rubicon hangs lower, thus accommodating bigger bumpers. I learned this the hard way because I have a Sport, put the tow plate on, reinstalled the bumper and wondered why the tow bar hook ups weren't tight to the bumper, like they should be. After looking into it I bought the wrong tow plate. So, long story short, get the base plate for the Rubicon and you should be fine.
