Hey All,

Have had many Jeeps and run older RK full kits on most with the older metal on metal joints. It has always noticeably added to the overall noise and vibration in the Jeep. Before it was a none issue as I always had my Jeeps as a spare vehicle.

I've consolidated and my JT is my daily as well, I am driving and on the phone (hands free) with customers several times a day, so I require a quiet(ish) cab.

What control arms and tack bars would translate the least amount of noise and vibration into the cab?

Immediately Metal Cloak comes to mind, is it really that great? Any others?

If you want the least amount of additional NVH go with AEV or teraflex or metalcloak geometry correction brackets as they keep the factory control arms.

Dual durometer bushings will be the best to keep stock nvh. Metal cloak, rock krawler, and teraflex IR have independent rotating bushings which means they flex the best as they don't bind and instead rotate inside the housing and you can also tighten them in the air.

I went with Stryker. Not the norm on here, but I like them. They don't make any noise or vibrations. They are not adjustable but the Front LCA was the length I wanted (.5 inch longer than stock). They also have grease fittings. I am only using their front and back LCA, I am going to use Clayton's adjustable UCA.
The Stryker contol arms look different than everyone else's, they look more like ladder bars. I also think they changed their name to Elev8 Off Road.
