Do you have to plug the security gateway back in for settings to take effect? I have my bypass still connected.

"LIN and Misc: ASBM Present: Yes

No idea what this one does. I saw people with Aux Switches on the RAM forum mention it needed enabled so I enabled it. They worked with this set to No though. I think it means Auxiliary Switch Bank Module."

Just an fyi. Must enabled the option above for Last Recalled to works.

Got my auxillary switches installed today (total p. I. t. a ) and got them programmed and working. Have a question on changing the settings. I assumed/hoped the settings would show up on the uconnect display, but no such luck.
Can anyone point me in the right direction to change the settings for them?
Latched/momentary/bat power/keyed.....???
Appreciate any help

I have seen many people post about how long it takes for the BCM to implement the changes. People quote 8-24 hours but really what you need is for the truck to turn off completely a few times. Try turning everything off. Close the doors. Lock them with the fob and wait 5 min. Then turn the truck back on and repeat the process until you see the switches in the settings menu in unconnect. Should take about 15 min.

I think you have to be out of the truck too so that it does not register that there is a key fob still inside.

Okay y'all, I've run into another issue with my aux switches.
They were working fine until a few days ago.
Took my truck to the dealer to have the PCM swapped out. When I got the truck back, apparently they reset everything to stock, (switches weren't working, and bulb out messages because I added the switches and led bulbs).
I used my alphaOBD to change all the settings, got the switches working, BUT, now, even though I have switches set to battery power, when I shut the truck off, as soon as I restart it, or simply turn the ignition on, the switches turn off.
Anyone ever seen this issue?
??
