I have been experiencing a similar issue with my 2021 Willys. I installed a 2.5” Teraflex level/lift kit and thought that was possibly causing the issue. I have had it aligned twice since the install and it still pulls to the left slightly. Wasn’t sure if it was a systemic issue but it sounds like it very well could be.

I have basically s
Original stocked parts and still pulls to the right. I rotated, balanced and now realigned...Just today 2 days after alignment it still pulls to the right....I have not changed the bad tires yet but it looks like I will need to do that... I am just concered the alignment continues to be an issue....

The dealer who a purchased the car from only said an alignment would not fix the issue without buying 2 new tires and that they could not do a reading without paying for and having the alignment! ?! I did not trust what this dealer was saying so I went to tires plus and had an independant test and alignment!

Hopefully an alignment tech can interpret this better, but I don't think anything was adjusted on this supposed "alignment". This is a solid axle vehicle, the left and right toe in was off initially because the tires weren't pointing straight. Look at the total toe figure, it doesn't change. All they did was turn the steering wheel until both front wheels had even toe then gave you another print-out with all values in the green.

Looks like you get mud terrain tires with the Willys. These need to be rotated often for optimal wear. Otherwise the front tires will get uneven wear. I rotate the MT's on my 04 TJ every 2500-3000 miles. I'll rotate the AT's on my 21 JT every 5K.

the MT tire stuff is a huge point IMO. If its in the budget, maybe look at other tires. Im a HIUGE fan of the oem Bridgestone AT Duelers. Though I got them in 255.75.17 so they looked a littler larger.

I've mentioned it before but is your steering wheel straight? I've had multiple customers mention pulls to me when the steering wheel was not straight and they were forcing it straight causing said pull. On a completely flat road you will have a very VERY slight drift to the right with those readings.

Mine pulls to the right pretty hard. I have 2.5" Teffaflex lift with 35" BFG KO2's. Its pulled to the right since I got it new. I knew I was lifting it soon so I thought the alignment they did with the lift would fix it and it didnt. I had the steering gear replaced that included an alignment and it still pulls to the right (no alignment on the receipt so I dont think they actually did it) I rotated my tires and that didnt help. I went to a local alignment shop but the Jt was too long to fit on their rack. I just got a recall notice for some computer issue so when its at the dealer I will have them align it and see what happens. This is not a steering wheel being off center issue. If I take my hands off the wheel on the highway I'll be in the next lane in a few seconds. It's so annoying I may not keep the JT if it can't be fixed.

I actually ended up calling Bridgestone and they will be reclacing all 4 tires with a prorated credit....i will be switching these tires for less aggressive ones!! A shame because I loved the look of the muddy tires. I purches lifetime alignment from Tiresplus so will us them anytime I feel a pull...Hopefully, the aligment and tires will last longer this time!!

There is no camber adjustment on the JT so there is no alignment fix for left/right pulling, its set at the factory. The only adjustment is for tow which wont help with pulling left or right.

Im by no means an alignment or tire expert. But i can say i had a similar issue and was beyond pleased after setting the tow my self.

Im sincerely not trying to be a jerk here, is there more that im missing? What about correcting the tow won’t help with a pull to one side or the other?
