Which variant of Hemi did you swap with the manual?

The base model 6.4 Hemi - 485hp, 475 ftlbs torque.Which variant of Hemi did you swap with the manual?
Which manual transmission did you use? I wouldn't think the stock Jeep tranny would hold up with 6.4. A G56 out of a 3/4 ton Ram would be good. The base model 6.4 Hemi - 485hp, 475 ftlbs torque.
Just heard back, AMW said they are working on a manual swap kit for the JT, haven't got it finished yet.Any experience with a manual trans? i am looking into it but dont want to be without the manual.
It was a truck transmission. Not sure the model, will find out.Which manual transmission did you use? I wouldn't think the stock Jeep tranny would hold up with 6.4. A G56 out of a 3/4 ton Ram would be good.
Maxx is telling me it was the G56.Which manual transmission did you use? I wouldn't think the stock Jeep tranny would hold up with 6.4. A G56 out of a 3/4 ton Ram would be good.
I've seen Power Wagon guys beat the crap out of that tranny with no problems. The only issue with the G56 is the shifter boot that covers the hole where the shifter goes into the tranny. The boot has a short life span of about 5 yrs.Maxx is telling me it was the G56.
Unfortunately we only list the full swap.Does any one sell just the Hemi harness and tune for a 23 gladiator?
I totally get the package price. And even the labor for installation.
But for guys like me that can barely afford the donor motor and trans. 30k just isn't doable.
I can fab and wire just about anything. I have many tools at my disposal. CNC plasma table, Snap-on scan tool, HP tuners .......
Any help would be appreciated!!!
Unfortunately, AMW4x4 only offers the 6.4 now.Since this thread was brought back to life:
Do you guys still do 5.7l swaps? I'd prefer to not have to worry about fuel quality, as we get remote. Also figured it would be a safer bet with stock axles.
To be fair, it's the motor I feel the truck should've come with in the first place.
That's a shame. Thanks for the info, all the same.Unfortunately, AMW4x4 only offers the 6.4 now.
