Any experience with ebay LED tail lamps?

I have the factory LED tail lamps with blind spot sensors, one of them started to show moisture inside and now the tail light - the LED ring around the outside - doesn't work anymore. I'm looking at https://www.ebay.com/itm/404441295156 for a couple reasons.

1. The factory tail lamps are stupid expensive and on backorder
2. This example above specifically says you can move over your blind spot detectors

So... any experience with these?

I've heard so many bad experiences with the flush mount oracle lights...

Rugged Ridge just released their flush mount tail lights.

I've had them on my truck for about 2 weeks now.........waiting for paint to arrive so I can color match them

For that price point I'd really reconsider the Oracles. They work quite well actually, are very bright, and look good to boot. Plus it's a US company with very responsive US support. They stepped up and solved the "bad experiences" you're referencing. You won't get that kind of support from eBay stuff.

Yeah, support will be non-existent on ebay. Glad to hear Oracle has improved the support and hopefully the product.

i have the same lights in a different color.

Gladiator LED Taillights W/Bk Housing/Smoked Lens Pair Jeep JT 2020-2023 (cjponyparts.com)

They are available from about a dozen different sellers on amazon under different brand names. They are 100% chinesium copy paste. The box they show up in is un-branded.

Personally, i quite like them and have had zero issues in 6+ months. But i'd bet build quality is hit or miss. I'd rather spend the extra $9 and buy them from an american storefront at the very least, rather than trust ebay sellers for support so if you do get a bad one you have recourse.

This is great, I 100% agree about ordering from a site like CJ Offroad over some random ebay seller. This is likely the route I'll take. I wasn't aware of that site, appreciate it!

Ive had mine almost a year , simply put they have been amazing !! No problems at all , and look great !

I have had the CJ Pony Parts sold ones for the last three years and is one of the few things I have taken off and put on back on all three of my Gladiators.
