Any one else having issues with online returns with 4Wheel Parts Store

I have made 4 attempts via email to return a part with 4 Wheel Parts store and can not even get a return email from them. Every time I call in to make the return there are 50 or more calls ahead of me in cue. Is anyone having issues with them or additional advice? Thanks.

I don't have any experience with this problem but I do wish you luck getting it resolved.

My only experience with these guys is a a local brick & mortar store of theirs. I have been in it 3 times. Once just to look around because I didn't even know it was there. Once to buy a Warn Winch Isolation kit and they literally laughed me out of the store for even wanting one. And the last time, was to buy a single KC Cyclone light (because I wound up being 1 short for a project and didn't want to wait for one to be shipped to me) and they almost refused to sell it to me because I wouldn't give them my name and phone number for their computer system. Then, when I paid with cash, they made me sign a waiver that said since I used cash, I could not make any type of warranty claim with them.

Needless to say, they have proven to me that they aren't interested in my business. Sounds like they've decided they don't need any more of your money either.

4WP is one of those company's that act like they hate being in the business they are in and the customer is just an annoyance.
