Expedition One might be the only other bumper I know of with a swing out. I would love for Adventure Further Offroad to someday let us know who built the unit on the back of their Green Glad.

the JCR is pretty sweet for you diesel guys. I wouldn't put one on my Mojave though. That much weight and would handle like ass in its intended environment. Thats why I'm after an Aluminum one. Cus I need my spare and fuel combined on the aluminum one to be equal weight wise to an empty steal one.

Long lead times but check out relentless fabrication in Reno
2300 and 210 lb total weight minus actually mounting your spare. Its a sick design but still to heavy. If it was in aluminum, I'd be all over it

Well the spare doesn't count as it is under the bed already, so there ya go!
I know my Mojave looks stock, stock tires and wheels but has an RSI cap, and an ARB Fridge in bed on raised rack, ARB comressor (single lighter weight one), skidded pretty good under side, (oil Pan is aluminum skid) and cast diff covers, dual battery under hood, solar panel on cap, receiver hitch and also a very light weight winch on front, still it is scary how heavy they get so fast! Still getting a front runner very skinny ten gallon tank for front of bed. When guys start building them out if you don't have a Max Tow it is tough, real tough.. Just keep fighting the light weight fight Pud jumper....Jack

I have a complete JCR unit and I have found there is not much of a problem as to weight on the back. when i am not playing, i take off the tire and spare and run around the local area. the weight for the vehicle with all of the mods i have done is 5660. when i add just the tire and the fuel cans the weight is 5740. the only issue that i have had with the system is the powder coating was not strong enough and i had to have it repainted last year.

I'd do whatever I could to not hang that much stuff off the back.

Your bed must be out of the question?
No currently I run 4 jerry cans and my spare 37 in the bed. I'd like that space for other stuff without having to had 180bls in bumper weight alone. I'm one good bed hit away from just saying F' it and Flat bed the bitch. I don't like the look of a flatbed on anything but Toyota but the upsides are too great. more payload, more features, more storage, more clearance.
