Wished it was a bit longer so it can act as splash guard up front. There's a small gap between the fender and step and during a recent storm, my sides got really dirty with salt and sand. I know, it's a Jeep, but still. :)

I just put these on my sting ray gray. I was able to get the Iron cross rocker steps installed, but it did require I trip to the hardware store as I was short changed 8 5/16" lag bolts....I am sure I got some looks when I had to drive down the road with only the passenger side steps installed. Was a fairly simple install and looks great.....I do wish they'd extended a little further to the fender but I am sure it is better protection to the side of the jeep then going bare.....I am waiting on my new wheels to come in and then I'll post up some pictures.

I think a front mud flap would mitigate that

Not to be a party pooper..... Iron cross finishing is terrible. I have never seen one without rust after a few months. It's one of those brands that you see alot on bro dozers and if they didn't repaint or powder coat them after getting them they look hagarard quick.

The ones on my TLUR still looks new after a year and a half. However it's probably cause I it's never hit rocks. :)
Will see if these deteriorate over time. So far I'm pleased with them.
