So are you running the 3" Synergy springs in front, with the Daystar 1.5" spacer in the rear right now? Could you post pics? I wound up adding a Teraflex 1" spacer in the front with my 2" Synergy springs, and I like how it sits with the Daystar 1.5" spacer and stock springs in the back. I just checked out the Synergy rear springs online, and they do require the use of a 2" bump stop spacer. That actually might be a step backwards for me in overall travel since I am able to achieve full compression without bump stop spacers now.
No, currently I'm just running the 3" Synergy spring and no spacers in the back. I left the back alone because when I installed the Synergy springs I forgot to add the Daystar 2" spacers. I was so focused on how tall the Synergy spring was it had me thinking I didn't need to add the spacers. So when I went to go and install the rear daystar spacers. I noticed the frontend didn't lift any higher than it was when I was running the 2" Daystar spacer with the factory springs. Well it did lift about an inch but seemed leveled with the back. I decided to run it that way to see if the front would settle a bit more. Now that Synergy came out with their rear Springs I went ahead and purchased a set. I will install the rear spring once the come in and decided if I will add the 2" spacer in the front. Apparently the 2" Daystar leveling kit doesn't work for my application due to the heaviness of my bumper and winch. I'll take some pictures and send them in a few.

Here are the pics. If you look at the first pic with the measurement, I'm at about 5 3/4 from the tire to the bottom edge of the front fender and in the second pic I'm at under 5 3/4 in the rear(which is sitting at factory height).

What’s the part number on the springs you’re using? It doesn’t look like you got 3” of lift at all. Mine are 8863-20, and achieved 1.75”.

I agree! The part number 8863-30. That's what is puzzling me.

TJ Mitchell went to 4” springs up front with 3” rear springs. I like the ride quality of the Synergy springs, but you sure don’t seem to get the advertised lift.

This is pretty much what I went with. The maximum lift they offered for the front is the 8863-30 which would give a 2 door a 4" lift and a 4 door a 3" lift. Seeing these are listed for the Jeep Gladiator than I would assume the 3" max would be 3". Now the rears they offer a 8865-40 which is a 4" lift.

There is also an 8863-40 which is 4” for JLU and JT.

So just to clarify my truck was the first one to have the Synergy springs. I netted 3.31” of lift from the 3” springs. That is the only one I can attest to. I still have the 3” springs in the back but yes I did change to 4” in the front to help level the truck out when the bed is empty instead of doing a spacer.

That may be accurate on my account. I think I lost just about 2 inches due to the heaviness of the bumper and winch. When I installed the bumper and winch the wheels looked stuffed. Than when I installed the spacer kit, it brought the front back close to factory height. So looking for a solution I wound up purchasing the Synergy Springs. The plan was to install them with adding the 2" spacer from the Daystar kit. I figured if I lost close 2" due to the Bumper and winch, adding the springs would have gave me them inches back. But, like I told Renegade I was focused on how tall the synergy springs looked compared to the factory spring I didn't wind up installing the spacer kit.

Right now I'm running the front with only the synergy springs, the Daystar 2" bump stops, Daystar lower control arm and the Daystar sway bar links, and everything still factory in the rears.

I just purchased the Synergy 3" rear springs, hoping when I install the rear springs I can add the 2" inch spacers to the front and everything should level out

Let us know how that works out.

TJ, do you have the full suspension lift kit? Or are you.running jus the springs? I have been watching your build on YouTube and I believe you have the full lift kit, this might be the reason some people aren't getting the same results?? I could be wrong tho.

I have the full kit, springs, control arms, tie rod, drag link, track bar, sector shaft brace. I’m actually not sure why people aren’t seeing the advertised lift amount. When I had talked to their engineer he said they usually make their spring rates around 15% stiffer than factory to account for extra weight

Yeah, that's what I thought, thanks for the clarification. I was on their website and the kit only shows as the JL/JK lift and not the JT. As you mentioned you were the first for the JT model and due to Covid19 they are behind on production. They advertise the kit for 3k. Or close to that amount anyway.

Hey @TJ Mitchell Films thank you for this info. Do you think similarly to what you did with not much in the bed of the truck, and no winch or aftermarket front bumper....that utilizing a 3" coil up front with 2" rear will "level" out the truck (rubicon) or do you think the front will look too high w/o weight on it from a steel bumper and winch? Many thanks for letting synergy use your vehicle to show the different heights of springs and rake seen.

Oh also what length rear fox 2.0 shock are you using with that 3" coil? The 3.5-4"?
