I'm looking for a t-slot solution for my JT so I can run a tonneau with my bed rack. The only two solutions I can find are the Roll-N-Lock M-Series XT Retractable Truck Bed Cover or the Truxedo Elevate TS rail system. I don't care for the Roll-N-Lock because I would rather get a trifold cover. If anyone has experience with the Elevate TS rails please let me know what you think. I would love to see some pictures of the rails with a tonneau.

current t-slot covers I know of offhand are the X4s, retrax XR covers, and the Roll-n-lock XT system
, however, doesn't help if you are wanting it with a folding cover, which cover do you have, or are you leaning towards? I know several members have bought the rails recently from me so Id expect to come across it in the thread.

I know the TS rails are designed to fit with covers like BAK, UnderCover, and Rugged Ridge with no issue. I am also offering special pricing for the forum, if you want to reach out anytime and we can discuss further

Thanks for reaching out. I don't have a tonneau yet. After checking the TS rails compatibility list I think I like the BAK Flip. I didn't see Rugged Ridge on the compatibility list but I like the look of their products. Before I buy I would like to verify that everything will fit with my existing rack, which seems to be a copy of the Yakima Overhaul. Here's the rack: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08ZSB4C68/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Please let me know what kind a package you can put together for me with the rails and tonneau that will work with my rack. Thanks!

I just installed the TS rails with a Bak mx4 trifold cover. Yes it works. It will take a bit of tweaking and plenty of gasket material to make it right. The rail system sandwiches between the bedrail and the cover, so it raises the cover a bit. It really is only cosmetic. I'll try to grab some pics.

Yeah no problem, I think I'm going to reinstall mine again, go for a little better fit. I would recommend a 1/4" thick weather strip at least. The rail kit does come with some. Also my setup is not compatible with the factory trail rails, it is clamped on

Im considering going this route myself. I currently have a Black Horse tonneau compatible roll bar on my bed, and a Gator soft tri-fold.

There is a "step" of about 5mm (Off the top of my head, havent measured) where the roll bar bracket sits higher than the bed rail, and it creates a gap in the tonneau. I had weather stripping on the bed rails but it kept blowing away when Id roll with the tonneau off.. Im thinking to chop like 18 inches off the TS rails and then mount them to the bed rails so I have a solid, flat, level-ish surface the whole way down the side (as opposed to trying to mount the roll bar over the TS rails).

Tonneau would sit flush on the sides when Im using it, and when Im not using the tonneau, TS rails would be exposed and I could mount a rack or other bits. Playing with ideas, trying to see if I can justify the purchase.

You can add Yakima/Thule to the Mopar tri-fold.
Not sure how much weight you plan to carry. I just need my snowboards or 3 mountain bikes at its heaviest.

I just discovered in another thread that the BAK Revolver X4S has integrated t slots. I'm not sure why they don't advertise that feature on their site but it is visible in the product pics. This looks very promising. https://bakflip.com/p/bak-revolver-x4s-tonneau-cover/bak-80701/
That is correct!
Alot of members have bought this cover. During the early release, there were some issues to be had but we have got the kinks worked out. Its been an all-around great cover

So they fixed the issues with the glue melting on the backing material?

I haven't personally had anyone reach out to me regarding that issue on the X4s, I know on the previous model the X4 the underside was a felt strip on either side held on by an adhesive. Since the redesign, it is now a rubberized plastic and has been holding up very well
