I just installed these and my driver’s side is not staying locked. It is clunking inside the link. I can unlock it and then lock it back and it is fine but then will become loose again after a while. Anyone else have this problem?

Mine are working fine. I definitely would be contacting Apex if mine unlocked on their own. Only thing I could think of is it's hitting your inner fender and twisting it enough to unlock, but that's unlikely. I'm happy with mine, contact Apex for sure, this is the first problem I've heard about them. Don't waste time, it's a safety issue.

I contacted Apex and talked to Paul. He basically said they have sold 10,000 units and have never had a problem, so if I send them back they will look at them but will more than likely sending them back to me because they have never had issues. Told me over and over again o installed them wrong. Not really the response I was hoping for after spending more on something than it should be. I own my own business and I would never be that unhelpful and condescending. I torqued the bolt to the sway bar to 30 lbs the lock nut up against the snap ring to 20 lbs and torqued the lower bolt to OEM specs so I don’t know what could be installed wrong.

I just checked their website to see if they were running a MD sale and found their reviews. The one review that was 3 stars had a pretty snarky response as well. Seems they have come up with a nice product that they are very proud of and maybe not as much business experience. I am waiting for someone to do a spinoff at a better price.

Yep, I’m not saying I didn’t do something wrong in the install. I just didn’t like Them saying that there was no way there was something wrong with their product. Their attitude definitely made me not want to support their company. So now I’m looking at paying shipping to get the links to them and then probably shipping to get them back after they say nothing is wrong wit them.

I need to reevaluate my opinion of this company. Paul(the owner) actually called today to see if I had it figured out. That is great customer service! I did make a mistake on the install. When I installed the links they were in the locked position so I didn’t bother to push down on the sway bar to lock in place. I did that and all seems good now.
