I mean that price... I was going to snag a set of the Oracle Bi-LED projectors And honestly I am having a real hard time making a final decision. The only option I did not get was the LED front head light package because i felt that $1500 was a ridiculous price. Now here I am still researching and trying to be cost efficient without sacrificing too much quality. Then in come these Kiwi's The reviews look good but I don't trust amazon reviews.

Aside from these anyone have any recs for a set of LEDs with a halo at or around (love to be below) $500? As far as these kiwi's $197 is a hard price to ignore.

Buy once, cry once

For that price, you’ll be replacing them ultimately IMHO
Sort of my thinking, But those Oracles at $660..... I have an amazon gift card I wanted to use and Oracle has a store on amazon but their pricing on amazon is about $100 more .... lol?

I have the factory LEDs; so I know nothing about aftermarket headlights (although I have Quadratec LEDs in my 2016 JKUR that have been fine) but when it comes to lighting, there is a lot of “you get what you paid for”.

Use the Amazon gift card for something else you need…

My wife and I went down the rabbit hole on aftermarket lights, she works in data so we dove deep into quantifiable information as well as visually looking at beam patterns in controlled conditions.

I would never go for cheap/eBay/off brand lights after all that.

(We picked KC LED lights in refractor housings that fit the DOT 7" round for the light quality and a less "transformer" look on the LJ.)

I went from the OEM LED headlights to the Diode Dynamics Elites........that was a nice upgrade and features

Guess I am looking for the most trusted brands.

Ya I am really a firm believer of "you get what you pay for".

Eliminating those Kiwi's.

I am looking at
Quake LED QTE960
Oracle Oculus 9" Bi-LED
Tactik 9" LED (with halo)

The Tactik seemingly has the best price. Honestly I was partial to the Oculus but after tax its closer to $700 at what point should I just buy the OEM factory LED option they seem to go for about $800.

What worries me about the oculus and why I haven't checked out is 1. that price and 2. I am seeing some greenish tint pictures show up online with them.

I bought my oracles for $250 used and sold them for about the same. They were ok for that price but factory Led is better. I would look for used factory or oracles. Factory is a whiter beam and don't produce that purple/blue tint like oracles. The oracles were bright though.

I personally don't trust a lot of Amazon reviews and I know there are sites out there that can attempt to analyze the reviews and determine if they are faked. Don't know if this helps but

We have the rough country 9” ones. Went from factory halogens to these, so the difference was pretty dramatic. I unfortunately paid full price, but sometimes they end up going into their scratch and dent sale for cheap.
