That's what I was thinking too!!Give it to me, I'll rebuild it.
They just called said it was done ..Gentlemen it is my pleasure to report that hitting the ole switcharoo with the transmission has resolved all of my issues and it was indeed just as plug and play as everyone made it sound.

Empty pan to the bottom off the fill hole is about 4 quarts. Sounds like they did not do the proper fill procedure which is to bring to temp (86F-122F), shift through the gears, put in park at idle and open the fill/level plug and add fluid again which should have taken another 1.5-2.5 quarts until it dribbled out.and it looked as though they only used 4 quarts of it
I guess I am gonna have to go out and check it myself .Empty pan to the bottom off the fill hole is about 4 quarts. I would not drive it until that has been addressed.
If they left the original fluid in the donor and topped off from there, no telling what else they did and I would be suspect. They did not drain all the fluid out they topped and checked the fluid.
Is that proper to do that . The transmission does look brand new .
Would the fluid already in it been fine ??
They charged me 10 hours labor .
Wonder if the filter was not changed
Now I am gonna have to call em. I was at work and had wifes car and she had to go pick it up .
That just makes me cringe. Thick isn't necessarily better. In fact, it should take very little gasket at all unless there's a pan issue.and said the gasket I supplied wasn't very thick so they used their's
