Barricade DIY bedliner spray applied

Sprayed a barricade DIY bedliner, it was $153 shipped, found a 10% off coupon code. Did the sarge color to blend into the truck, still drying but I’m happy with it. try and not sweat into it while spraying it…..ugh. Sanded with 80 grit on a da sander, then a wpie down with acetone, use to work in a shop that sprayed liners and this is the same method we used.

The wife did her entire WJ by hand in the driveway years ago. Turned out great and it held up well to brush and rock scrapes for years.

Roll on and pretty chunky. It was the Dupont with Kevlar bedliner if I remember right.

Set pressure around 60 psi, happy with the results. i was looking for function over perfection. Sorry no pretty photos available, hauled some grass, leafs and branches to the dump today so this is what I got for after photo.

Is that a water/methanol setup? Diesel I'm guessing. What kind of power gains?

Looks really good to be honest. Looks like its a factory set up.Great job and i will consider this brand for bedliner. Thanks

unknown on power gains, did it more for lower egts and cleaning out the intake track. I tow a travel trailer and it gets a bit warm. Though on my highest tune it really moves
