OP, brutal damage man. Not as significant as i imagined. Actually made me go look at mine to see if the gap was really that different.
My gap is larger on the driver versus passenger. The rubber doesn't even touch. You can't see it unless you look for it. Everything looks straight from each side and from the rear. This seems like looking for a problem that isn't there.

If that voids a warranty, we're all in trouble.
I'm curious as to what that dragged on to so completely scrape it and so deeply.
I mean - that really dragged on something - either backed over something or down a dip and back out and the back end dragged on the way out of a deep dip or ravine.

If that voids a warranty, we're all in trouble.
Small issue here, if the frame being bent is due to the scrapes on the underside, then it would be bent in the opposite direction.

This is easily fixable. I can't see the dealer fixing it though unless it came like that, You sure you didn't get it like that? Post some delivery pics if you took any. To bend like that would take big energy in the downward direction on the rear. Dealer probably thinks you over towed something.

Given dealer shenanigans, I think for a big issue like this - remove all your racks and other stuff before taking it in.
Exactly! How can it go the other way? Scrapes on the tow hitch would make it bend up, not down.

Unless like said earlier, that scrape is the result of downward force at the rear. Weight at the very rear, hit a big bump, the "falling" weight reaches a force of thousands of pounds, driving the receiver down.
Not saying that's what happened - but it could absolutely be connected to a bent frame in some cases. Again, not saying that is what happened to HIS truck, but yeah, it's a perfectly logical explanation for other frame bends like this. We've talked about such forces in other threads.

IF there was a trailer involved, MAYBE. But the basic laws of physics being what every single person that hit something knows....ouch does not lead to your buddy getting a black eye.

If that were the case, I would think that the frame would have a significant bend … much greater than what is pictured. I am not an engineer or even close, but it seems like it would have even more damage if something like that took place. I would also think that you would see damage to the receiver as well, not just scrapes.

the gap between my ears is pretty big.

If the frame bends and stays bent it will almost always be up in the middle. It is designed to do this to absorb energy in the event of an accident. It was determined it's better if the frame bends up rather then down. In the case of this mojave we need to see under the truck. Could just be bed mounts. If there isn't a defect it takes a lot of force to bend the frame. One guy drove his rubicon off a loading dock with tires in the bed at maybe 30mph and it survived an awkward landing.

@FullDraw_Overland this. Get under there...should be plainly obvious if shit's bent. Hopefully your bed mounts are the problem.
